Equestrian Sport Psychology Seminar Part 1 & Part 2
A fun, informative and humorous look at Equestrian Sport Psychology… learn stress management, positive thinking, goal-setting and visualization techniques to help maximize your success, enjoyment and confidence while minimizing stress, fear and performance anxiety from all your riding and showing experiences.  This seminar is split over the two days.

Video Analysis Clinics (mounted)
This clinic is designed to help riders identify and solve imperfections that affect their performance and success by letting them watch and analyze themselves on videotape – frame-by-frame. When an imperfection is identified Coach Stewart will explain the cause and the many possible solutions. Immediately after the analysis your riders will start improving their position by riding in a 45-minute follow-up lesson with Coach Stewart.

Pressure Proof Clinics (mounted)
Seven unique mental preparation clinics – called “Pressure Proof” clinics – have been designed to teach you how to control pressure, stress, doubt and performance anxiety (in your practices) so that you’ll know how to overcome them in your competitions. This clinic teaches the riders the value of confidence and overcoming show jitters, but the pressure is such that the riders are "forced" to remember their horse (stay balanced and in control instead of panicky and rushed).

Fees and Schedule For The Day
The Video Analysis clinic will be Saturday from 12:30-5:30, followed by part 1 of the Sports Psychology Seminar from 6:00-8:00.  Sunday, based on interest, we will either hold a second Video Analysis clinic or a Pressure Proof Clinic from 8:30-12:30, followed by part 2 of the Sports Psychology Seminar.  Indicate on your entry form which clinic(s) you would like to ride in.
Riders will ride twice in each clinic and may ride both days.  There will be a maximum of 10 riders per day.  Light hot and cold refreshments will be provided.
Fee will be $160 per rider for each day, which includes attending both seminars.   Auditing is $40 for both days or $25 for one day.  The forms below needs to be returned with the releases signed prior to the clinic.  Auditors – you must also pre-register and must also sign release!
